lifelong resident of North Carolina, Greg
Hinnant was called aside thirty years ago from
his chosen field of music education, and later
from the business world, to an extended period
of preparation for Christian ministry. His
present teaching and writing ministries are
founded in years of devotional and systematic
study of the Bible, influenced strongly by the
teachings of some of the masters of the
spiritual life, such as Oswald Chambers and A.
W. Tozer, and tempered by numerous personal
tests and ministry experiences.
s a writer, Greg has published six books:
Precious Pearls from the Proverbs, DanielNotes:
An Inspirational Commentary on the Book of
Daniel, Walking in His Ways, Walking on Water,
Spiritual Truths for Overcoming Adversity,
and Key New Testament Passages on Divorce
and Remarriage . He has also had numerous
articles published in Christian periodicals.
s a speaker, Greg has ministered in churches and
conferences in both America and abroad.
s a teacher, Greg is on the faculty of
Christian Life Educators Network, currently teaching four
courses: Biblical Discipleship (BIPT545), The
Book of Daniel (BIOT610), A Biblical Study on
Marriage, Divorce, and Remarriage (BIPT533), and
Pearls of Wisdom from The Proverbs (BIOT611).

reg's passion is simply “to fully know God and
fully do His will in life, and help others do
the same.” While sharing every Christian's
desire to see the lost saved, Greg's overriding
burden is that the saved be raised to spiritual
maturity, that is, trained to walk consistently
in the ways of God and go on to full spiritual
development.

reg is an ordained minister of the gospel in
good standing with Evangel Fellowship
International of Spartanburg, South Carolina.
EFI is a non-denominational fellowship of
ministers and churches giving special emphasis
to foreign missions.
